Jeremy Kattan

At 30 years old, I am beginning an exciting new chapter in my career in real estate. Originally from Newark, New Jersey, but growing up in the Lowcountry of Summerville, South Carolina —a move that reflects my openness to growth, change, and new opportunities. My path hasn’t been a straight line, and that’s something I take pride in. I’ve studied a variety of fields, including air conditioning, athletic training, and marketing. Each of these experiences has helped shape my work ethic, discipline, and ability to adapt—skills that I now bring into my real estate career. This diverse background allows me to understand people from all walks of life and approach challenges with a practical, solutions-focused mindset.

Whether in business or in everyday life, I strive to treat people with respect and always do right by them. I’m passionate about sports, networking, and connecting with others. I enjoy building relationships, learning people’s stories, and helping them reach their goals. For me, real estate is more than just buying and selling—it’s about guiding people through important life decisions and being someone they can rely on. As I continue to grow in this field, my focus remains on learning, improving, and becoming the best version of myself—both personally and professionally.
