Andrew Mcferron

Born and raised in Fayetteville, Arkansas - I grew up with two older brothers and a younger sister. I attended both the University of Central Arkansas, and the University of Arkansas. I have maintained my loyalty as fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks; but it cannot compare to my lifetime commitment of being a die-hard Chicago Bears fan. 

I began pursuing my passion in real estate as a leasing & marketing manager at the nation's number one Luxury Student Housing development company at a new start-up community across the street from the Razorback's Stadium. After several years I got involved in property management. I felt called to follow my oldest brother's example and enlisted in the United States Air Force. After enlisting in the USAF in 2016, I relocated to Charleston in August of 2017 and served as an Aerospace Propulsion Specialist, until I was retired from Active Duty Service in 2024. 

My passion for Real Estate had remained in the background during my time in the service, and I immediately started selling homes as a New Home Construction Specialist for America's Number One Home Builder. Having lived in Charleston now for nearly 10 years, staying involved in the military community, and my experience selling New Construction all over the surrounding area since 2024 - I am very familiar with what makes this area so attractive, and I'm here to help navigate your new home search.
